We have a strict cancellation policy which incurs a charge. If you choose to book one of our appointments, please be aware we require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule this appointment otherwise we have a 50% compulsory charge and you would be required to pay a non refundable deposit to book in future. (This also applies to DNA clients too).
As a small business each slot is how we make our money to pay for our bills, equipment and wages so if we are let down and cannot refill we lose valuable income.
